5 ways to make most of fall

Fall is here! It is here! And fall means so many wonderful things! I am honestly so ready for chunky sweaters and cold weather! This is going to probably the first year in many that I will enjoy some chili weather being away from Corfu and I plan to celebrate it! Here is how.

Freshly Juiced Vitamin E Mask

If you follow me on Instagram you must have seen this little vitamin E mask. The brand of this mask is called klairs and is a Korean brand very famous for its Freshly Juiced Vitamin C serum. That serum is supposed to help with all kinds of skin problems and it is suitable for all skin types. It is known that vitamin C is great for acne, signs of aging, discoloration, and scarring. And this is what the reviews of the people that have used it describe.

Last drops of Summer

Summer is coming to an end really slowly here in Greece. By coincidence, my Monoi Tiki Tahiti oil is almost over. If you have never heard about this little oil before, you have the proof that you have been living under a rock. Welcome a little coconut oil, tropical flower scented little bottle of goodness.

"I'm from" Ginseng Serum review

This review is one I've been meaning to do for a very, very long time.  But every time I wanted to sit down and write it I would either be too busy or change my mind about how I feel about it. Finally today I have finally both time and somewhat of a final opinion on this serum.

5 steps to a healthier lifestyle

I started this health journey about a year ago, but only started being really serious about it about four months ago. Coming from a person that has always struggled with being overweight (at some point recently obese as well) losing weight has never been easy to me. So I started this health journey in order to lose weight. Things changed as I started working out more and more just because I felt so good feeling the results of working out on my body and my mood.

But in truth food was (and is) the hardest for me. I love food and before I decided to change my lifestyle and do something about my weight I would eat anything I want and that involved way too much sugar, fat and salt and barely any nutritional goods. I had to start counting calories and actually looking into what I eat to realise what I was doing to my body and although I don't think calorie counting is for everyone I think everyone should give it a go (count both calories and nutritional values like macros (carbs, protein, fat) and vitamins/minerals).

Here are 5 tips to get into a healthy lifestyle and love the process (cause life is too short to not have that slice of cake but it's also too short not to have a strong healthy body). And of course I'm not a doctor and this is just my personal experience on food and some tips I have seen working for me.

Mandelic Acid 5% Skin Prep Water Review

I have been thinking about skincare recently. By recently meaning the last two years :P. I have been thinking that since having good skin is so important to me and gives me such self-confidence maybe I should look into it a little bit more.

Hot weather means a lot of great things! Sunshine, wonderful weather, and endless walks on the beach. However warm weather and lots of sun can be really damaging to your skin.

Spring's favorites colours

Spring is the time for color and up until now I was always focusing on bright eyes with blue, mint and lavender colors. However this spring I find that what draws me more is soft pink. I've grown to love soft make-up.

Hair oil for dry thin hair

So you have dry hair. Great get a hair oil!
Oh-oh you also have thin hair? That's a whole different problem then. You see having dry, thin hair is the ultimate problem. If you attempt to use oil products on your dry ends you endanger making them look really oily and not hydrated and shiny as you wanted. However with this little oil bottle I never end up with oily ends.

Somehow this little bottle of golden oil (syoss the brand, beauty elixir 03 absolute oil the name) ends up almost never making you hair oily. You have to press the pump once and then apply on dry hair. Brush through and wait for a few minutes. Brush again and you hair will appear softer and shiny but not oily.

Do you have any favorite hair oils for thin hair?

Garnier Botanic Therapy Honey Treasures shampoo and conditioner

Me and my hair don't really get along.

Maybe it's me keeping them long and dying them (pink hair come at a cost). Maybe it's the hard water of Corfu and Rhodes. But having oily skin (making my scalp oily as well) and dry ends with thin hair is not a nice story.

Favorite Deodorant

Deodorant. How often do you find yourself, in a blog post about that? However it has a basic and important role in everyone's toiletry bag and is considered a necessity by both males and females.

Wild and breezy

I was travelling to Rhodes a few days ago and went through 4 hours of waiting in the airport for our next flight. Noticed there was a Victoria Secret store and decided to pop in just for a look. Came out with a body mist that said PINK but was blue :P.

3 after shower steps to smooth skin and hair

Living in an island has a lot of advantages. Short trip to the beach, meet a lot of people that are coming as tourist and all year mild weather are some of them. But as much as I enjoy the good things about it, ever since I moved to Corfu a few years ago to study my hair and my skin have been drier than ever. The guilty? The water.

New year's resolutions

You could say I'm the last one to hop on that train, but hey better late than never. I love these kind of posts as I find them trully motivational and inspiring to make goals and dreams come true. I have always been one to set really high (sometimes even unachievable) goals but I am one of those to follow the quote "Aim to the sky, even if you don't reach your goal, you'll be among the stars".

With that in mind I have been always setting my goals and that makes me feel even better when I finally achieve them. Like for example three of the goals that I achieved this year was to go to erasmus, find a job and finish a videogame project. Those three things I never really thought possible but have been in my resolutions list since forever.

A year in planner decorations

I got into planner decorating a few years ago and it has been one of my favorite hobbies ever since. Planning came to save me first, from my inability to remember important dates and tasks and rose to be something I love to do. Decorating my planner may seem ineffective and time consuming to most but it really makes my day beautiful and makes me feel like celebrating every single detail of my life. Of course Pinterest, tumblr and a few post and videos here and there really enforced my need to decorate and so it began.
