3 favorite cooling drinks for Summer

There is truly nothing as refreshing as a lovely drink in really hot weather like iced coffee or a healthy smoothie or one of my favorites, vitamin water! Here is how I prepare mine!

During May I got my first blender and was very excited to start making smoothies and particularly green smoothies. I was, however, a little skeptical about the taste of a green smoothie. So after a small search, I can tell you that this pineapple spinach green smoothie recipe is possibly the most delicious recipe there is.

Another of my favorite drink that I have been having lately, is my iced almond milk coffee. This coffee is very simple to make, just make some french press coffee and add that with lots of ice on a shaker. Sometimes I add some stevia if I want it sweetened but I usually don't. I shake the coffee until it's frothy and iced and then I pour it in a glass over some more ice and add some almond milk.

Last but definitely not least is my favorite vitamin water. Just put together some sliced cucumber, lemon, and mint leaves and you have a truly refreshing, very tasty water. This recipe has surely helped me increase the amount of water that I drink and I really recommend that you try it!
